The RYHC will skate Mite and Squirt teams this hockey season at Twin Oaks and in The Morris County Youth Hockey League at Mennen Arena. The Mites will also skate an independent schedule at The Rock Ice Center in Dunellen.* GOOD LUCK THIS SEASON AND GO RIDGE!*

(Morristown, NJ) Twin Oaks Ice Rink – while three of four Ridge Youth Hockey Club teams (Mite, Squirt Major & Pee Wee) skated into the Twin Oaks Cup Spring League Playoffs again in all divisions for the 3rd straight season, it was the young gun Ridge Mites who won a Twin Oaks Cup by defeating the Jersey Wolves 2-1 in a very exciting final. Congratulations to our mite team on the big victory! In other playoff action, the Squirt Major team lost a heart-breaker to Harding-Madison in double overtime 6-5 in the championship and the Pee Wee’s lost on a last second goal to Red Army 4-3 in their playoff game. Both games proved to be two of the most exciting games of the season at Twin Oaks. All three teams had tremendous seasons at Twin Oaks, in addition to the Ridge Squirt Minor team posting a terrific .500 (5-5) season as an almost all first year team. On a combined basis, the Ridge Youth Hockey Club went 35-11-1. Another great spring for the Ridge Youth Hockey Club! Congratulations to all teams and thanks to all player families and coaches.

(Twin Oaks Ice Rink – Morristown, NJ) – The Ridge Youth Hockey Club continued its winning ways going a combined 34-1-5, by sweeping the Mite and Squirt Division championships last weekend in the competitive Twin Oaks Fall & Winter League. The Squirt team who went undefeated in the regular season (16-0-4) beat Randolph 4-2 in the previous weekend’s playoff game and then went on to soundly defeat The Jersey Wolves 4-0 in the league championship game. The Ridge Mite team (18-1-1) handled The Beacon Hill Club Squirts 9-0 in the previous weekend’s playoff game and then went on to beat a tough Jersey Wolves team 2-0 in the league championship. Congratulations to the Ridge Mite and Squirt teams on bringing home two more championships to the club. The RYHC begins spring league play at Twin Oaks with Mite, Squirt Minor, Squirt Major and Pee Wee level teams. Good luck to all teams and GO RIDGE.
